Chicken-Feta Burger with Pineapple-Strawberry Salsa

The days are warming up and I'm loving the peek of colorful produce again.  On an especially warm weekend, I paired pineapple and strawberry to plate with a chicken burger. Our grocery store was offering a great price on organic, ground chicken.  Because it can be a little dry and bland, I added feta to it (read: I snuck feta into my husband's food).  But it's the bright, fresh fruit and vegetable salsa that puts this burger over the top.

I fried these on the stove because we were waiting on our new grill, but they would be even better grilled.
